Southern Highlands October 2 - 9 2010

The entire Youth Hostel at Bundanoon has been booked for the nights of October 2 -8 2010 inclusive. After a recce just before Easter a provisional itinerary has been drawn up. The plan is to offer a full days walk each day and also offer less energetic alternatives on most days. Because of the good response to this week's event, the actually accommodation costs will be significantly lower than originally advertised. Once we have the final numbers we will be able to give you the final costings.

The accommodation prices we advertised were Double Room $75, Camping Site $15pp and Bunk Room $25pp ( all per night). Linen is provided for those staying in the hostel.

Please remember there will be no power available to most of the campers. This should not be a problem because of the hostel's facilities available to everyone.

There will be 5 nights out of the7 when we will be eating dinner at the hostel. We will be dividing the group into teams to provide dinner on one of the 5 nights - should be chaos! These meals hopefully will be funded out of the accommodation fees received.

This walk is only open to club members, so if you haven't joined the club yet, we suggest you do asap to secure your place.
